I am a professionally qualified and registered Psychotherapist.  Psychotherapy aims to help you overcome obstacles to make sense of your internal world and feel understood and supported.  It could help you to achieve lasting and fulfilling change in relationships with others but also your most important relationship, the one you have with yourself.

I see clients in both central London, in Victoria and in the heart of west London in Chiswick.  Psychotherapy via Zoom video platform is also available nationally and for those based abroad.
